Caltech Recreation provides optimal service in a safe and fun environment for the Caltech.  The recreation center is located south of the main campus and we offer a wide variety of programs and classes to enhance your physical and mental well-being while meeting your fitness goals.  There are many benefits to participating in fitness activities for people of all ages and abilities.  Some of these benefits include increase in energy, making new friends, reducing stress, and lowering your risk for disease.


Group Fitness Classes

Caltech Recreation will be offering a variety of strength, spin and yoga classes.  All classes are 50 minutes and will take place in the multi-purpose room (MPR) or racquetball courts 4 & 5 (RBC) of the Braun Athletic Center. 

Registration is required for all classes and registration opens up  48 hours before the scheduled class time.  Registration is required for all classes as the maximum number of participants per class is 12-20 depending on the class.  Please go to to register for classes.  If you need log in credentials or help logging in, please email Heather  Membership is required to register for classes.
