Midnight Madness a Success

PASADENA, Calif. - More than 600 fans showed up for Caltech's first Midnight Madness this past Thursday/Friday. Check out the video reel to see the various contests and activities from Braun Gym.

SCIAC high jump champion Alex Lapides hit the half court shot that won him the Nobel Prize ball and free sundaes for a year from Twohey's Restaurant. Beginning at 12:01 am, the varsity teams entertained the crowd after a frenzy of other prizes were awarded to energized fans.

Bill Plaschke of the Los Angeles Times was on hand to cover the unprecedented event.
