WALNUT, Calif. (Sep 7, 2022) – The Caltech men's water polo team opened their season on the road yesterday with a tough match up against Mt. San Antonio College, who was ranked 10th in the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) last fall. Arvelo also had a total of 3 shots on the day with 1 steal.

Throughout the game, Zheng took 7 shots on goal, made 3 steals, and won the sprint at the beginning of the second quarter. With 36 seconds left in the game, senior Max Bricken (Portland, Ore. / Westview) notched a final goal for the Beavers, bringing the score to 3-20.
