The Caltech men’s and women’s track & field teams have been named All-Academic by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. The men tied for the highest grade point average in the nation at 3.62 on a 4.0 scale.
Freshman Tim Krasnoperov moved up a spot on the Caltech track & field program’s javelin all-time list and carded two top finishes among Division III competitors at the Westmont All on the Line Qualifier this past Saturday.

Both the Caltech men’s and women’s track & field teams picked up a dual point with victories over Chapman University in the final SCIAC Multi-Dual of the spring on Saturday. The women’s victory marked their first since 2008.
